Raw Milk Aged Blocks -- These blocks are handmade in small batches and aged to provide a creamy, full-bodied cheese with excellent flavor. They are vacuumed sealed to preserve freshness. They do not contain any preservatives, hormones or antibiotics.

Cave Aged Arcadia (7-8 oz) @ $8.50       Arcadia is a cave aged cheese with an earthy flavor and mushroom undertones.

Susquehanna (6 oz) @ $7.00        A mild cheese with a grassy undertone. Melts well-a family favorite is on a burger!

Westbrook (6 oz) @ $7.00        A tangy and creamy cheese...so yummy! This cheese is great for grilled cheese.

Conestoga (6 oz) @ $6.00        A more aged Conestoga with a sharper, more earthy natural rind. Our only pasteurized hard cheese.
